The short version

- Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel any time by email or text. No refunds, but we finish out the period you’ve already paid for and it won’t renew.
- You keep your accounts, your brand, and your content.
- We may show our work for you as a portfolio example unless you tell us not to.
- SEO and social results vary. We don’t guarantee rankings, followers, leads, or revenue.
This summary is here to orient you — the numbered sections below are the agreement.
1Agreement to these terms
These terms are the agreement between you and Think Big Apple LLC (“Think Big Apple”, “we”, “us”) for the services described below. You accept them when you start a subscription, submit our checkout or contact form, or ask us to begin work on your marketing.
If you don’t accept them, don’t use the services. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a business, you’re confirming you have the authority to do that.
2Who we are
Think Big Apple LLC is a Florida limited liability company. We have been in business since 2005 and we serve customers across the United States. We work online only — there’s no walk-in location.
You can reach us at support@thinkbigapple.com, or call or text (888) 505-7447.
3Services and plans
We sell three done-for-you services: social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and website design and hosting. Each one is a subscription with three plans, priced per service and per month: social media at $79, $129 or $199; websites at $59, $129 or $199; and SEO at $249, $399 or $599.
- You can pay monthly, or choose the annual option, which is billed as ten months instead of twelve.
- There is no setup fee and no contract. Every plan is month-to-month.
What we deliver in a billing period is what the plan you chose describes, plus anything else we agree with you in writing. If we agree to change the scope of the work, the change applies from the next billing period unless we both say otherwise.
4Billing, renewal, and price changes
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically. A monthly plan renews every month on the day you started; an annual plan renews every year. They keep renewing, and your payment method keeps being charged, until you cancel under section 5.
How payment is taken
Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor (Stripe). Your card details go to the processor, not to us — we don’t receive or store card numbers. While the processor is still being connected, the checkout on this website is a demo: it takes no payment and charges nothing. We’ll confirm your plan and arrange payment with you directly before any work starts.
Price changes
We may change our prices. If a change affects your subscription we’ll tell you by email or text before it applies, and the new price starts at your next renewal — never in a period you’ve already paid for. If you don’t want to continue at the new price, cancel before that renewal.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we’ll let you know and give you a chance to fix it. We may pause work until the payment goes through.
5Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time. Email support@thinkbigapple.com or text (888) 505-7447 and tell us you want to stop. There’s no form to fill in, no notice period, and no cancellation fee.
Cancelling stops your plan from renewing. We don’t issue refunds for amounts already paid — including a prepaid annual term — but your subscription doesn’t just switch off. We finish out the billing period you’ve already paid for: the rest of the month on a monthly plan, or the rest of the year on an annual plan. You keep every post, page, report, and deliverable through the end of that paid period, and the plan simply doesn’t renew afterward. This applies to every service, including websites and SEO. You don’t have to give us a reason, and we won’t ask you to stay.
6Your responsibilities
To do the work you’re paying for, we need a few things from you.
- Accurate information. Give us correct business, contact, and billing details, and tell us when they change.
- Account access. Give us the access we need to your social accounts, website, hosting, domain, or analytics. Use each platform’s own delegated-access tools where they exist rather than sharing your password, and keep your own login credentials secure.
- Content rights. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the logos, photos, video, text, and other material you give us, and that the claims in it are accurate.
- Lawful use. Use the services, and ask us to publish, only what the law and the relevant platform’s rules allow.
- Timely replies. Respond to approval requests and questions in a reasonable time. If we can’t reach you, work may pause.
7Content approval and ownership
We send work to you for approval before we publish it, unless you’ve asked us to publish on a schedule without reviewing each item first. Once you approve something, you’re responsible for the claims it makes.
You keep ownership of your brand, your business name, your domain, your social accounts, and the material you give us. We don’t claim ownership of any of it, and we don’t use it for anything other than doing the work you bought — except for the portfolio license in section 8.
We keep ownership of our own internal templates, processes, and tools. Nothing in these terms transfers those to you.
8Portfolio license, and how to opt out
Unless you tell us not to, we may show work we produced for you — posts, designs, screenshots of pages we built — as an example of our work on this website, in proposals, and in our own marketing, alongside your business name and logo so people know whose work it is.
You can opt out at any time, before or after something is published, by emailing support@thinkbigapple.com. We will take it down from anything we control. This license is only for showing our work; it doesn’t let us license your brand to anyone else or suggest you endorse us beyond the fact that you were a customer.
9Acceptable use
You agree not to ask us to publish or promote:
- anything unlawful, or anything that promotes unlawful activity;
- material that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or privacy;
- false or misleading claims about a product, service, or result;
- hate speech, harassment, or threats;
- adult content;
- anything that breaks the rules of the platform it would be published on.
We can decline any request that would break these rules, and if the requests continue we can end the subscription under section 14.
10Third-party platforms
Much of our work runs on platforms we don’t control — Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google and YouTube, and the domain registrars and hosting providers behind your website. Each of them sets its own rules, changes them without telling us, and can restrict, suspend, or remove an account or a post at its own discretion.
You are bound by those platforms’ own terms as well as these, and you keep whatever relationship you have with them. We aren’t responsible for a platform’s decisions, outages, policy changes, algorithm changes, or for a feature it withdraws, and we can’t guarantee that any platform will keep doing what it does today.
11No guarantee of results
SEO and social media results depend on things outside our control: your market, your competitors, your pricing, the season, search and feed algorithms, and how quickly you follow up with the people who get in touch.
So we don’t guarantee rankings, traffic, impressions, followers, reach, leads, sales, or revenue, and we don’t guarantee how long any result will take. Any example, sample post, or illustration on this website is there to show what our work looks like — it isn’t a report of a customer’s results and it isn’t a promise about yours.
12Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we provide the services as they are and we don’t give warranties beyond those the law requires and that cannot be waived.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim.
Some states don’t allow some of these exclusions or limits. Where that’s the case, they apply only as far as that state’s law allows.
13Indemnity
You agree to cover us for claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs that arise from the content, logos, photos, claims, or account access you gave us; from your use of the services in a way these terms don’t allow; or from your breach of a platform’s rules.
We agree to cover you on the same basis for claims that arise from our own unlawful acts, or from material we created entirely ourselves without anything you supplied or approved.
14Termination
You can cancel at any time under section 5. We may end a subscription by telling you — for example if we can’t get the access we need to do the work, if payment keeps failing, if the work you’re asking for would break these terms or a platform’s rules, or if we stop offering that service.
If we end a subscription for any reason other than your breach of these terms, we finish out the billing period you’ve already paid for; only if we cannot continue providing the service do we return the unused portion of that period. When a subscription ends we stop publishing and stop work, and we hand back or give up the account access you gave us. Sections 7, 8, 12, 13, and 15 continue to apply after it ends; the portfolio license in section 8 continues until you opt out.
15Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about these terms or the services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and we both agree to that venue.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your subscription we’ll tell you by email or text before it applies, and it takes effect at your next renewal. If you don’t accept a change, cancel before that renewal under section 5.
