Yes. We’re a Florida company, we work online only — there’s no walk-in office — and we work with small businesses across the United States.

Each service has three plans. Social media is Starter $79, Growth $129 or Pro $199 a month. Websites are Sprout $59, Growth $129 or Thrive $199 a month. SEO is Sprout $249, Growth $399 or Thrive $599 a month. You only pay for the services you take.

Neither. There’s no setup fee and there’s nothing to sign. Every plan is month-to-month, and you can stop any month.

Yes. Annual billing is charged as 10 months instead of 12, so 2 months are free.

Monthly costs you nothing extra and stays month-to-month, so take annual only if the saving is worth prepaying for.

No. Our plans are organic — posts, content and SEO — and we don’t run paid ad campaigns. If you boost a post yourself, that spend goes to the platform and is separate from your plan.

An update to existing website content: changing text, replacing photos, updating business information, changing prices or services, updating buttons or links, or a small layout adjustment.

You keep ownership of your accounts, your brand and your content. We keep a license to show the work as a portfolio example, and you can opt out of that by email at any time.

No. No exit fee, no notice period and no penalty for leaving early, because there was never a contract to leave.

Your plan stops renewing, so you won’t be billed again. We don’t give refunds, but we don’t cut you off either — you keep the service through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then it simply ends.

We finish out your year. There are no refunds on a prepaid annual term, but we keep delivering the full service through the end of the year you paid for, and it won’t renew after that.
